4. Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay for the Services according to the terms specified in their contract. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of Services. Additional charges may apply for customized solutions or additional services requested by the client.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest level of security services, we cannot guarantee complete protection against all potential threats. We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of our Services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the Services by providing written notice as specified in the contract. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for any outstanding payments for Services rendered up to the termination date.
7. Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. Any data collected during the provision of Services will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable regulations.
8. Modifications to Terms
